(More customer reviews)I bought this to switch a well pump. I didn't notice in the description, but this will only switch a single pole (SPST). I figured 30 amps, that was should be two poles. But is physically missing the connectors. I kept this (figured I could always use another timer) and ordered the 40 amp DPST version.

(More customer reviews)These are very good products, but they're designed for install in bare studs, not really to replace and existing fan unless you removed sheetrock and took out the houseing from the old fan. The great thing about it, however, is that I just took the new parts out of this one and they fit right into the old houseing. Very cool. Problem? They don't sell the guts individually so you have to buy the whole thing and then you're left with a metal sqare to recyle.
