(More customer reviews)This is such a cool idea and I was really hoping it would work for my 27 ft above ground pool, but it did not make any difference. You can see that the chemical has drained correctly and it leaves a shiny film on the pool, but that is the extent of it. This did not help my pool temperature at all. I was hoping for it to help even a few degrees warmer, but it did not even do that. Just not a worthwhile product.

(More customer reviews)I spent $275 for 13 of these rings. A total waste -- they do NOT raise the water temperature, in fact, it seems as if they keep it from getting warmer when they are on the pool on a sunny day. My pool has been UP to 80 degrees 2 days - all other days mid-seventies. I have not noticed any less evaporation of water or chemicals either. The rings also collect dirt and pool chemicals which must be cleaned off every few days. Then when you take the rings off the pool, you must store them flat, out of the sun, someplace where they won't be punctured. They are very flimsy -- like a cheap toy float material. Definitely not worth the price or the aggravation.
